Ars Mathematica Contemporanea (AMC) is the university's most successful journal. AMC has been ranked first in the list of Slovenian scientific journals on the SCImago Journal and Country Rank portals since 2014. In 2011, it was included in the list of journals indexed by SCI. Since 2013, the publication of the journal has been co-financed by ARRS.
The journal is intended for the publication of high-quality articles on modern mathematics, derived from a discrete and concrete mathematical paradigm. It supports topics that combine at least two different fields of mathematics, especially those that interconnect discrete mathematics with other branches of mathematics such as algebra, geometry, topology, theoretical computer science, and combinatorics.

The content range of the journal, dedicated to modern discrete and applied mathematics, includes, but is not limited to, the topics of its parent journal Ars Mathematica Contemporanea; it also publishes papers in the field of pure and applied mathematics as well as chemical graph theory. It foresees the publication of special issues dedicated to a single topic or contribution presented at scientific conferences and workshops. In principle, ADAM is published only in an online edition, and publishers reserve the right to print selected papers in book form.

The journal aims to disseminate knowledge in the field of tourism and innovation from a social science perspective. It especially welcomes contributions that focus on innovation in tourism and the use of innovations from other disciplines in the context of tourism. It publishes theoretical and applied contributions and encourages the use of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

The magazine focuses on different aspects of transitions and promotes exploration of change and innovation in increasingly digitized and networked economic environments from a social, organizational and technological perspective. It fosters the exchange of ideas, experience, and knowledge between developed and developing countries of different cultural, organizational, and technological traditions.

The magazine is dedicated to the research of Protestantism. Publishes original and review articles on the general theme of Protestantism in various fields: religious studies, theology, anthropology, linguistics, sociology, literary, cultural, musical, religious and military history and the history of ideas as well as book reviews and translations. Special attention is paid to the development of the Slovenian terminology of these fields.

This is a humanist scientific journal for research and the theory of cultural heritage and development of concepts and paradigms of research of the latter in the context of the humanities. It publishes scientific and professional articles within a wider field of cultural heritage (archaeology architecture, ethnology, linguistics, literary, cultural, musical, intellectual, religious and military history, history of ideas, etc.) and review articles, and reviews both domestic and foreign monographs in the aforementioned fields. It promotes an interdisciplinary approach to the research and the development of Slovenian terminology.
