International mobility

International mobility involves mobility of students and staff (academic and non-academic staff).

A study exchange allows students to study or do practical training at a international higher education institution abroad for a specific period of time. It offers them the opportunity to gain international experience, learn about a different educational environment, culture and language, and broaden their knowledge and skills.

At the international level, the University of Primorska can boast 70 agreements with 66 universities from all over the world, and in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, UP cooperates with more than 250 universities and has more than 350 inter-institutional study agreements in various fields of study.

Each semester, UP hosts approximately 80 students under various mobility programmes, while also providing more than 120 students with the opportunity to study and undertake practical training abroad annually.
