The University of Primorska is increasing the number of students

In the new academic year, the University of Primorska has also introduced some innovations: a new undergraduate study programme Social Pedagogy (UP PEF – Faculty of Education) and three new doctoral study programmes: Health Prevention (UP FVZ – Faculty of Health Sciences), Computer Science and Informatics - international joint programme with University of St Andrews (UP FAMNIT – Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies) and Renewable materials for healthy built environments (UP FAMNIT). In the new academic year, the study process will be organized according to the requirements of the study process itself, partly in the premises of the faculties, and partly remotely. Lectures for large groups will be held on-line, while other teaching forms (e.g. laboratory exercises, clinical exercises, field work, seminars, sports content) will take place on university premises, taking into account all safety recommendations. The study programme Management in English is the only one that will be implemented entirely on-line. The University of Primorska will consistently respect all preventive health measures that apply to the smooth implementation of the university's activities. All currently valid measures are listed on the website https://www.upr.si/en/university/covid-19--up/trenutni-veljavni-ukrepi, and will change in accordance with the situation and the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health.
