Among the priorities for vaccination against COVID-19 are also teaching and educational staff, which includes university staff. Vaccinations started in March 2021.
299 people of the University of Primorska were vaccinated in the first batch:

For all staff, the vaccination will be implemented in cooperation with Health Centres in Koper, Izola and Piran. Staff will receive exact timing, location and guidelines directly.
Vaccination started on Saturday, 13 March 2021 and is continuing every few days, depending on vaccination supplies and arrangemnets with clinics. Each person receives an individual message with a special time slot for vaccination.
Please help us and Health Centres to implement the vaccination quickly and safely by attending a vaccination at a specific time (and not sooner).
Please bring with you:
- health insurance card,
- safety mask.
Health centre in the Koper city centre does not have a large carpark. If you will be vaccinated at the Koper health centre, please park somewhere else and come on foot. We also ask you to observe safety measures, including interpersonal distance.
