INVITATION TO LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANISATIONS TO PRESENT AT THE StartUP EVENT
After a very successful StartUP event last year, we are looking forward to meeting you and our students again this year. We are therefore organising a welcome event for all students again on Saturday, 7 October between 10 am and 5 pm at the Žusterna Seaside Park.
The sports and social event will again be a great opportunity to show your commitment to students through various activities. Last year, students were so enthusiastic to try out a variety of new sports, cultural, artistic and lifestyle activities. We hope that this year will be the same, and we will ensure that you visit all the participating organisations again by collecting stamps on the activity card.
Students will then receive a small donation again this year, so we would like to thank in advance anyone who would like to donate their products or services for the gift packs. If in last year*s event we were delighted by 300 dedicated students and passers-by, we expect at least 50% more this year, so any gifts donation will be much appreciated.
How can you get involved?
Sports, cultural and humanitarian clubs and other organisations can take part by participating in an activity inside the activity card, where students will be actively involved in your exercise or demonstration of your activity. This is the best way for them to try out your services and decide to enrol at that very moment.
Companies, large and small, can participate in the EXPO Corner, where you will be able to showcase your products and services, find potential recruits, present yourself to a wider target audience and much more.
Everyone else who does not wish to or is not able to actively participate in the event with a presentation is invited to contribute their products and services in the form of gifts to the raffle prize fund.
What do you need to do?
We are collecting applications via the online form until 16 September. Once we receive your application, we will contact you personally to discuss the details and work out the best way for you to present and be included in the programme. You can secure your place at the event by making a donation of at least 10€ to the humanitarian association Palčica Pomagalčica (5€ or less for humanitarian associations), purpose: StartUP for Catch your dreams. Donations are non-refundable in case of non-attendance or cancellation due to bad weather.
