UP obtained over 8oo thousand EUR for student and staff mobility

UP OBTAINED OVER 800 THOUSAND EUR FOR STUDENT AND STAFF MOBILITY

University of Primorska was successful in obtaining funding for mobilities of students and staff under the 2022 Erasmus+ open call.

At least 254 people will have a chance to take participate in mobilities, as more than 820,000 EUR have been awarded to the University of Primorska under the programme. 

Students will be able to participate in blended intensive programmes, practical trainings or visit foreign universities for a whole semester. Meanwhile, staff will be able to visit partner universities with a purpose of teaching or gaining additional knowledge and skills. 

In total, two projects have been approved. 113 people will be able to visit programme countries (EU, EEA, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Turkey), while another 63 people will be able to visit different countries world-wide. From these countries, 30 students and 48 staff members will visit UP. 

In addition to programme countries, students and staff can also cooperate with their colleagues from Albania, Algeria, Botswana, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brasil, Chile, Montenegro, India, Israel, Japan, Jordan, South African Republic, Kenia, China, Maleysia, Mexico, Namibia, Singapure, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan and United Stated of America.
